Stunts Department
Responsible for on-camera action involving daring or dangerous acts.
Stunt supervisors, fight choreographers and stunt performers (including, occasionally, animal performers) are involved in creating on-camera action, and standing in for the actors during physically demanding acts, or those involving special skills (such as acrobatics, martial arts, riding horses, and so on). They design, supervise and execute fights, falls, car chases or explosions, among many other kinds of stunts. They help ensure that the on-screen action is believable and also safe.
